📋 Description

• Design, build, and operate the backend services that mint, custody, and settle tokenized equities
• Own large, technically complex projects end to end - design, implementation, rollout, and operating
• Build the connective tissue between traditional market infrastructure (brokerage, ledgers
• Partner with product, compliance, legal, and platform teams to turn regulatory constraints into

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, including a track record of delivering
• Expertise in backend development with Go, Python, or Java, and deep familiarity with cloud-native
• Strong instincts for correctness-critical systems - idempotency, reconciliation, and reasoning
• Demonstrated ownership of ambiguous, cross-functional projects, with the judgment to make tradeoffs
• Experience mentoring engineers and influencing technical direction beyond your own projects
• Working knowledge of blockchain fundamentals - EVM, smart contracts, wallets, on-chain settlement -
