Senior Software Engineer, Tokenization

📋 Description

• mint and custody and settle tokenized equities on-blockchain
• design, build, and operate the backend services that mint, custody, and settle tokenized equities
• own large, technically complex projects end to end - design, implementation, rollout, and operating
• collaborate with product, compliance, legal, and platform teams to integrate regulatory constraints
• raise the technical bar through design reviews, code reviews, and hands-on mentorship

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
• expertise in backend development with Go, Python, or Java, and cloud-native architecture
• experience building large-scale distributed systems in production
• strong experience with correctness-critical systems including idempotency and reconciliation
• mentoring engineers and influencing technical direction
• working knowledge of blockchain fundamentals such as EVM, smart contracts, wallets, and on-chain
