Senior Solutions Engineer – UK & Ireland

📋 Description

• Own the technical strategy for complex deals across enterprise, public sector, healthcare
• Design end-to-end solutions across fabric, wireless, SD-WAN, security and cloud management.
• Lead RFP and tender responses (including public sector frameworks), PoCs and demonstrations.
• Present with impact, from engineering teams to CIO and board level.
• Build trusted relationships with customers and partners, and advocate for them internally.
• Mentor SEs, lead partner and MSP enablement, and step up as account technical lead when needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Typically 7+ years in networking pre-sales, with a record of closing large, complex deals.
• Deep knowledge of L2/3 switching, IPv4/v6 routing, fabric and overlays (SPB, VXLAN/EVPN), Wi-Fi
• Excellent presentation skills and strong hands-on lab and PoC experience.
• Tenacity, ownership and a customer-first mindset.
• Desirable: cloud-managed networking, virtualization, SD-WAN/SASE, automation and APIs, partner
