• Generate and maintain candidate pipelines for senior roles using LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem
• Partner with recruiters to engage passive candidates and share the Datadog story
• Develop strategic sourcing plans and track progress for stakeholders
• Find talent creatively, including diverse candidates
• Map talent markets and monitor talent flow and attrition
• Specialize in messaging, prospecting, and stakeholder engagement

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years as a Sourcer in search firm or in-house recruiting
• High urgency, strong communication, detail-oriented
• Tenacious, passionate about sourcing and engaging candidates
• Independent, capable of handling multiple roles simultaneously
• Proven track record turning passive prospects into candidates
• Creative, innovative, curious, results-driven
