Senior Staff /Staff Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Own technically complex, high-impact problems from ambiguity through production and iteration.
• Work across the stack and across product areas rather than being constrained to a narrow technical

🎯 Requirements

• A track record of owning complex software systems or product initiatives with meaningful technical
• Deep software engineering fundamentals and the ability to move comfortably between architecture and
• Experience taking ambiguous problems, creating technical clarity, and driving them through
• Strong judgment about when to build for the future and when the simplest solution is the right one.
• Experience influencing technical decisions beyond your immediate codebase or team.
• A history of making other engineers more effective through mentorship, technical leadership
