Senior Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist (Contract)

📋 Description

• Own day-to-day Greenhouse and recruiting systems operations, including job setup, workflows
• Maintain high standards of recruiting data accuracy, integrity, and reporting quality through
• Identify and implement opportunities to streamline, standardize, and automate recruiting processes.
• Build and maintain recruiting reports and dashboards, providing insights into hiring activity
• Partner with Recruiters, TA leadership, HRIS, and other stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and
• Own and independently drive selected recruiting operations projects from scoping through

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of directly relevant experience in Recruiting Operations, TA Operations, Recruiting
• Strong hands-on experience with Greenhouse or another leading ATS.
• Experience with recruiting data, reporting, workflow optimization, and process improvement.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage projects and drive initiatives to completion.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and partner effectively across teams.
