📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruitment for complex, business-critical roles across Go-to-Market, Customer
• Act as strategic advisor to hiring managers shaping role scope, competency frameworks, and
• Develop creative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, social platforms, networking, and direct
• Conduct structured, rigorous candidate assessments for capability and values fit
• Manage full pipeline end-to-end: sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviews, offers, and close
• Keep candidates and hiring managers informed and engaged at every stage with accurate records

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner, ideally in-house at a fintech or payments
• Track record of hiring across departments and levels from IC to senior leadership
• Passion for sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and networking to build pipelines
• Ability to manage multiple full-cycle searches simultaneously with high-touch candidate experience
• Clear, persuasive communication to build trust with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders
• Structured, detail-oriented with process improvement mindset
