Senior UX Researcher – 6 month contract

📋 Description

• Partner with Product and UX Design at the beginning of projects, opportunities, and ideation to
• Lead end-to-end research activities, including participant recruitment, discussion guide
• Conduct user outreach, use-case discovery, persona and journey mapping, validation, and usability
• Translate customer feedback and research data into actionable insights and strategy and design
• Lead or participate in workshops, communicate strategic research decisions to leadership, and
• Collaborate with internal subject matter experts, Customer Success, Data Science, and Customer

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a UX researcher or in a similar customer-focused research role.
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, statistics, human-computer interaction, information systems, or a
• Demonstrated ability to create research strategy and discovery plans, develop discussion guides
• Strong qualitative and quantitative research skills, with the ability to translate real user
• Experience with research and survey tools such as Dovetail, User Interviews, Salesforce
