📋 Description

• Build and own an ongoing research program across Core Pillars, beginning with Agent Console and
• Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering to identify consequential decisions and conduct
• Develop a strong understanding of AI agents, complex technical workflows, and enterprise users so
• Develop a clear point of view from the evidence, influence product strategy and design, and remain
• Advance how research is practiced by using AI-assisted workflows, connecting qualitative insight

🎯 Requirements

• You can independently own a meaningful portfolio of research from opportunity identification
• You have deep qualitative research skills and can confidently use product telemetry, surveys, and
• You connect research to product decisions and business outcomes, and you stay involved long enough
• You use AI thoughtfully in your research practice and can explain how it has improved the speed
• You can quickly learn complex technical domains and conduct effective research with enterprise and
