• 4+ years in web development, ideally on marketing sites, at an agency, or on a growth team
• Hands-on experience managing a website in Contentful
• Strong in React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
• Already build with AI coding tools and can show what you've shipped with them
• Notices the 2px misalignment, and fixes it with a component, not a one-off
• Cares how fast a page loads, and knows how to make it faster
