Senior Workplace Technician

📋 Description

• Lead physical office modifications, move/add/change (MAC) activities, furniture assemblies, and
• Skilled in both digital workplace platforms (Google Workspace, Slack, ticketing systems, space
• Oversee campus EV charging stations by monitoring usage, troubleshooting technical issues
• Operational Optimization: spotting bottlenecks early and bringing fresh, creative ideas
• Build strong in-person relationships with cross-functional partners and team members
• Resolve facilities tickets efficiently and with care

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in facility operations, managing multi-floor spaces or large corporate campuses
• Trade certifications (IFMA, BOC, LEED AP, or similar) is a plus
• Ownership & Initiative: Drive project results from conception to completion with minimal
• Self-Starter Energy: don't wait for a manual, love taking ownership, solving unstructured problems
