Service Transition Project Manager

📋 Description

• Lead the successful delivery of projects and transition initiatives across the business, ensuring
• Define and document project scope, objectives, deliverables, schedules, budgets, assumptions and
• Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, governance documentation, status reporting and
• Manage project risks, issues, actions, dependencies and decisions to ensure successful outcomes.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, suppliers and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive effective project governance and ensure compliance with agreed delivery methodologies and

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in Project Management, Service Transition, Service Delivery or Operational Change
• Minimum of 5 years' experience delivering projects across IT services, managed services, technology
• Strong project management expertise, including planning, scheduling, governance, budgeting
• Experience delivering projects through the full lifecycle from initiation through to implementation
• Strong understanding of service transition, operational readiness and service introduction
• Working knowledge of Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery methodologies.
