Shipping & Logistics Coordinator

📋 Description

• Coordinate routine and ad-hoc shipment(s) of inbound and outbound materials
• Receive pre-packed materials and samples and pack them according to GMP and non-GMP requirements
• Coordinate and check transport companies to ensure they follow transport requirements
• Support GMP transit storage facilities and inventories
• Ensure warehouse and distribution activities are GxP compliant
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in warehouse and loading bay in accordance with OH&S

🎯 Requirements

• Qualifications in supply chain, inventory management and/or logistics
• Previous GMP experience
• Minimum 1+ year in a similar role
• Demonstrated distribution and warehousing experience preferably in manufacturing or related
• Knowledge of GMP, GDP and GWP in a warehouse environment
• Familiarity with inventory management software (e.g. SAP & Ariba) and proficiency in Microsoft
