Review, draft, negotiate and track a variety of legal agreements including confidentiality
Work closely with Clinical Operations study team and ensure deliverables align with defined study
Review, draft and negotiate master services agreements, site contracts, consulting agreements
Work with supervisor and internal/external stakeholders to resolve/escalate contractual issues
Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures and contracting standards
Update study team members regarding status of contract negotiations and execution

🎯 Requirements

Graduate, postgraduate, or 4-year college degree
Experience in a CRO/healthcare field
Minimum 5 years of experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating site Clinical Trial Agreements
Experience leading interactions with Study Teams and Sponsors
Preferred: Bachelor's in law, scientific fields, business administration or equivalent degree
Excellent organizational and communication skills and attention to detail
