Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) - Principal Consultant

📋 Description

• Provide front-line SRE and production support for equity trading systems and Fidessa flows
• Investigate and resolve complex application, infrastructure, connectivity, and trading workflow
• Build and enhance monitoring and observability across applications, infrastructure, databases
• Develop automation, scripts, operational tooling, and CI/CD capabilities to reduce manual effort
• Partner with business, development, QA, infrastructure, and global support teams to improve

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience supporting front-office trading systems in a production environment, ideally
• Strong understanding of the trade lifecycle and FIX Protocol, including FIX 4.2, 4.4 and 5.0
• Strong troubleshooting capabilities across Linux/Unix, Windows Server, networking, databases
• Experience with monitoring and observability technologies such as Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus
• Clear communication, prioritisation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate
