📋 Description

• Assist in writing and maintaining automation scripts and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to streamline
• Help build, refine, and maintain dashboards and alerts (using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or
• Shadow SRE mentors during incident triage, assist with root cause analysis (RCA), and contribute to
• Participate in analyzing system performance bottlenecks, stress testing services, and identifying
• Support the maintenance and improvement of continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD)

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering
• Solid foundational programming skills in at least one modern language (e.g., Python, Go, Java, or
• Good understanding of Linux operating systems basics, command-line interfaces, network protocols
• Strong analytical mindset with a curiosity for understanding how complex distributed systems work
• Clear written and verbal communication skills with an eager, team-oriented attitude toward learning
