Social Designer (Mid-Level)

📋 Description

• Create high-quality, channel-specific visual assets across all major social touchpoints, including
• Master client guidelines while strategically "stretching" them for social media, building cohesive
• Monitor trending social conversations alongside our social listening team to design rapid-response
• Actively communicate with our team of fellow creatives to co-create concepts and meet client
• Ensure that clients' messaging and images are conveyed in a brand-appropriate manner, crafting
• Be hands-on creating visual explorations and treatments, vector graphics and illustrations

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of professional social design experience (agency or in-house) with a proven portfolio
• Exceptional command of typography, composition, color theory, grid systems, and layout hierarchies
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• Familiarity with mobile editing suites (like CapCut) is a major plus.
• Experience working in fast-paced agency environments with cross-agency sync pipelines.
• Excellent time management, receptivity to creative feedback/edits, strong communication skills, and
