📋 Description

• Own end-to-end Paid Social strategy across product categories.
• Execute daily optimization of campaigns, ad sets, pacing, and budget.
• Triangulate performance data to validate incrementality.
• Collaborate with Search and Offline teams on strategy and pacing.
• Partner with Content and Site Merchandising to drive performance.
• Operate at the intersection of media, analytics, and creative strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• 4-7+ years in performance marketing and media buying.
• Proven track record managing Paid Social budgets of $30M+.
• Experience scaling monthly budgets to meet CPA and ROAS targets.
• Strong proficiency with Looker and Excel for data analysis.
• Experience testing high-velocity creative and assets.
• Analytical, data-driven, and able to translate numbers to action.
