Software Engineer: Internal Automation

📋 Description

• Own internal systems end to end: Take ambiguous operational problems and turn them into production
• Build the internal data layer: integrate heterogeneous systems of record (CRM, product usage
• Ship agents that run unattended: design agent workflows that do real work, including research
• Automate the customer lifecycle: build provisioning, onboarding, and account setup systems.
• Build with the same AI that powers the product; be one of the most demanding internal users of
• Handle company and customer data with care: build secure, compliant integrations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field.
• 2+ years of professional software engineering experience with a track record of shipping and
• Strong TypeScript for backend services and APIs; working proficiency in Java/Python or another
• Hands-on experience deploying and running production services on GCP or an equivalent cloud stack.
• Strong command of relational databases and SQL, including schema design, query optimization, and
• Demonstrated experience building on LLMs in production: prompting, tool and function calling
