📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to a portfolio of strategic clients, from early-stage fintechs
• Lead discovery conversations to understand client goals, technical environments, and program
• Translate complex client needs into concrete integration designs and implementation plans.
• Own client relationships through the full lifecycle; scoping, build, launch, and ongoing
• Develop deep expertise in Lithic's APIs, card issuing workflows, and platform capabilities.
• Guide clients through integration decisions including authorization flows, transaction processing

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or a similar
• 3–5 years of experience in FinTech, particularly in payments, card issuance, or financial services
• Strong understanding of APIs and complex technical concepts, with the ability to translate them
• Excellent communication skills: able to translate technical information into clear business
• Strong presentation skills: comfortable and confident presenting to external teams technical and
