Sr. Customer Success Manager

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary strategic advisor for a portfolio of enterprise healthcare customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with executive stakeholders, including C-suite leaders, VPs
• Develop and execute strategic account plans that drive customer outcomes, adoption, retention
• Align PointClickCare capabilities with customer business objectives, regulatory priorities
• Lead executive business reviews focused on business outcomes, ROI realization, strategic
• Identify opportunities for operational improvement through analysis of customer performance

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of healthcare industry experience, including customer-facing, consulting, account
• Experience working directly with healthcare provider organizations, health systems, health plans
• Demonstrated ability to build credibility and influence executive and senior leadership
• Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, care delivery, reimbursement models, and healthcare
• Exceptional communication, presentation, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong project management, organizational, and strategic planning capabilities.
