Sr EHS Program Manager

📋 Description

• Further the development and implementation of the EHS Management System aligned with ISO 45001 and
• Design, build, and manage EHS data systems and analytics platforms in coordination with the
• Lead requirements definition and implementation of EHS data infrastructure using BigQuery
• Develop dashboards, metrics, and reporting systems for EHS performance insights
• Leverage modern tools including AI/ML to enhance EHS data analysis and decision-making
• Serve as strategic lead for enterprise EHS program development, driving continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health and Safety, Occupational Safety, Environmental Science
• 7+ years of progressive EHS experience with expertise in ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems
• 3+ years of experience with data analysis and business intelligence tools (SQL, BigQuery, Power BI
• Proven experience developing enterprise-wide EHS policies in manufacturing or aerospace environments
• Strong technical writing and program management skills
• Experience conducting risk assessments, audits, and managing complex EHS compliance requirements
