Sr. Growth Product Marketing Manager, Chime Enterprise

📋 Description

• Own and drive measurable growth outcomes across Chime Enterprise's B2B2C funnel
• Own end-to-end growth strategy and outcomes for Chime Enterprise's employee-side funnel
• Serve as the embedded growth lead for Enterprise, co-owning planning with Enterprise Product
• Build a repeatable model for converting eligible employees into members that scales across partners
• Drive performance across the B2B2C funnel, including worksite awareness, enrollment, funding
• Lead the Enterprise experimentation roadmap, designing reads that hold up at partner-sized cohorts

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in growth marketing, product marketing, performance marketing, or a related
• Proven experience driving measurable growth through experimentation and optimization
• Experience marketing to end users through a partner, employer, or channel relationship
• Strong analytical skills; ability to define success metrics, track performance, extract insights
• Experience partnering closely with Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams
• Strong storytelling and communication skills
