Sr. Manager, Product Operations

📋 Description

• Embedded with eng and product teams; surface dependencies and unblock delivery.
• Own execution layer: build processes, cadences, and tooling for shipping.
• Attend standups and sprint planning; track top priorities and P0s.
• Document hidden dependencies in living Jira artifacts.
• Delivery coverage on PM-light tracks; prioritize and sequence.
• Establish a shared sprint cadence across PDE teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in product ops, tech program mgmt, or delivery at fast-scaling SaaS.
• Configuring Jira from scratch and driving org-wide adoption.
• Success placing eng/product on scrum cadence; coaching without authority.
• Experience running Scrum of Scrums or cross-team delivery coordination.
• Delivery coverage on PM-light tracks; backlog prioritization and sequencing.
• Experience across Product, Engineering, and Data in cross-functional teams.
