Finding pain points with existing processes and proposing solutions
Proactively working with the Software & IT department to brainstorm solutions and help set
Prototyping, implementing, and rolling out processes, tools, and automation that enable better

🎯 Requirements

BS in Engineering or related field
5+ years of systems engineering experience
Successful development and roll-out of department or company-wide processes
Proven ability to work with internal IT and DevOps teams to create tools
At least 1 full life cycle experience, from concept to completion, for either process development
