📋 Description

• Own the recurring competitive radar for Datadog's priority competitors, taxonomy, and cadence.
• Produce competitive deep dives, feature-gap analyses, and opportunity assessments.
• Translate CompIntel findings into roadmap recommendations and differentiation hypotheses.
• Build and maintain a central CompIntel repository with profiles, notes, and logs.
• Convert findings into GTM-ready handoffs for battlecards and enablement.
• Synthesize signals from Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and analysts.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in competitive intelligence, product strategy, or related enterprise software.
• Strong fluency in observability, cloud infrastructure, security, or enterprise SaaS.
• Comfort reading tech docs, changelogs, diagrams, and public materials.
• Distinguish credible differentiation from surface-level claims.
• Synthesize tech, commercial, customer, and market evidence into recommendations.
• Influence Product, Eng, Marketing, Sales without direct authority.
