Staff Product Designer

📋 Description

• Lead the design vision, strategy, and execution for a major product area — shaping its strategic
• Define and navigate ambiguous, complex problem spaces while leveraging insight across customer
• Partner closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and data scientists to design and
• Design new functionality within existing systems, and drive the definition of new patterns and
• Partner with research and data leads to synthesize quantitative and qualitative insights into
• Apply AI fluently as part of the craft itself — using AI tools to accelerate discovery, ideation

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a UX or Product Designer, with a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end
• Experience with core UX methods — including facilitating workshops, conducting user research
• Experience with interaction and visual design, including leveraging and contributing to design
• Demonstrated ability to design responsive, mobile-first experiences informed by user research and
• Working fluency with AI tools in the design process (e.g., using AI for research synthesis, concept
• Demonstrated history of communicating design rationale to influence cross-functional partners, and
