🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years designing complex web products (Staff level or similar).
• Exceptional interaction and visual craft for dense tech UX.
• Led ambiguous product work that changed outcomes.
• Simplify complex systems for expert users without losing detail.
• Partner with product managers and engineers throughout the process.
• Communicate complex ideas clearly to leadership.
• Create cross-product systems and patterns across teams.
• Balance long-term direction with hands-on execution.
• Actively mentor other designers to raise quality.
• Prototype code-based experiences using AI and coding agents.
