Staff Product Manager - Bits Release

📋 Description

• Own the vision, narrative, and roadmap for Bits Release end to end, from pre-merge to continuous
• Partner with customers, internal software engineers and design on a developer experience that earns
• Drive packaging and pricing to a decision (per-investigation consumption vs. continuous platform
• Treat agent quality as the product. Own the evals, reliability targets, and KPIs that prove Bits
• Work with senior engineers who expect you to track the AI frontier, hold technical opinions, and
• Partner with product marketing, advocacy, and sales to take Bits Release from preview to GA, with a

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of product management (or 4+ with a deep technical background), with meaningful time on
• You've shipped an LLM or agentic product: you know what good evals look like, how to debug
• You use AI coding agents daily and have strong opinions about what releasing software means two to
• Deep SDLC fluency: PR workflows, CI systems, deployment strategies (canary, blue-green, feature
• You're at your best when the problem is still ambiguous.
