Staff Product Manager, Marketplace Verticals

📋 Description

• Defining and testing end-to-end specialty care journeys, including discovery, eligibility, booking
• Partnering with clinical, pharmacy, and operational teams to define responsibilities, integrations
• Using research, funnel data, and experiments to improve booking conversion, appointment completion
• Identifying which specialty care categories and partner models to pursue, then scaling successful
• Leading cross-functional delivery across engineering, design, operations, legal, analytics, and
• Developing a deep understanding of patient needs, provider workflows, and partner capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience
• Experience building consumer-facing healthcare, marketplace, or multi-sided platform products
• Experience working with external partners and navigating product, operational, and technical
• Experience building and scaling 0-to-1 products, including defining MVP scope, success metrics, and
• Familiarity with healthcare workflows such as insurance, intake, clinical scheduling, care
• Experience working at a startup or early stage company, with a demonstrated ability to operate with
