Staff Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead development across products — Architect, build, and ship high-quality code across our entire
• Design scalable, elegant solutions — Collaborate with Product to solve complex problems with
• Own issue resolution — Triage, prioritize, and resolve system level issues while guiding others on
• Champion continuous improvement — Proactively identify opportunities to improve system performance

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in a full-stack software development role with a track record of owning and delivering
• Degree in CS/EE
• Deep proficiency with Frontend (TypeScript, JavaScript, React), Backend (Node.js, Express.js, REST
• Track record of learning best-in-class tools, including but not limited to: Linear, Claude Code
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a proven ability to lead discussions with
• DevOps-related experience is a plus—skills that go beyond just writing code and own how that code
