Staff Software Engineer, DevX (Developer Infrastructure)

📋 Description

• Architect long-term strategy for core developer infra: CI, SCM, dev environments
• Build and maintain scalable infrastructure for increasing loads
• Lead onboarding and remote dev environments, reduce time-to-first-commit
• Collaborate to standardize build/CI patterns and reduce friction
• Mentor engineers, conduct design reviews, set best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience designing and operating developer infra or high-volume build/CI systems
• Deep expertise in modern build systems (Bazel) and remote build execution
• Strong Go or Python programming, building reliable system software
• Ability to drive complex initiatives from concept to completion
• Strong communication to advocate tooling adoption and onboarding improvements
