Staff Software Engineer, Observability

📋 Description

• Define and execute full-stack observability roadmap.
• Own observability control plane and ingestion pipelines.
• Lead six engineers to build scalable, self-service observability.
• Establish and maintain SLOs for 99.9% uptime.
• Partner with Command Center on dependencies and incident workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in software engineering with observability infra ownership.
• Deep Kubernetes and cloud exp (AWS preferred) at scale.
• Strong Go or Python skills with production instrumentation.
• Experience owning an observability control plane or telemetry pipeline.
• Experience with Vector and familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, Honeycomb, Sentry.
