Technically lead the sustenance team responsible for maintaining, supporting, and enhancing Network
Own the overall sustenance engineering lifecycle, including defect resolution, product
Drive engineering excellence through effective debugging, root-cause analysis, code quality
Analyse production issues and customer-reported defects, establish root causes, and drive timely
Mentor team members on troubleshooting, design principles, coding standards, testing practices, and
Collaborate closely with Product Management, Development, QA, Customer Support, and other

🎯 Requirements

8-13 years of experience
Complete exposure to the entire Product Life Cycle (MUST HAVE)
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in local and remote debugging
Microservices-based architecture and best practices
Hands-on experience with Docker containers, Kubernetes (K8s, K3s) clusters, and Helm charts
