Staff Technical Program Manager - AppEx

📋 Description

• Define and own the program strategy for AppEx's highest-impact initiatives, spanning application
• Lead programs that cross AppEx sub-orgs (Applications, Notebooks, Native Apps, Drivers, AIML
• Partner with Directors, Engineering Managers, Product Managers, and Principal Engineers to shape
• Drive cross-org decisions on shared APIs, integration points, and developer-facing launches that
• Diagnose systemic friction in how AppEx plans and delivers, and design the operating mechanisms
• Represent AppEx programs to executive leadership with clear, data-backed narratives

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of technical program management experience, ideally at a cloud software company, with a
• Experience leading programs at organization-wide scope, where success depended on aligning several
• Deep familiarity with developer-facing products or platform engineering, and an understanding of
• Strong technical depth: you work directly with engineers and architects, go deep on system design
• A proven ability to influence without authority across Engineering, Product, Design, and
• Comfort operating in ambiguity, defining structure and direction where none exists and making
