Staff Technical Sourcing Manager

📋 Description

• Develop, implement, and continuously refine comprehensive sourcing strategies and multi-generation
• Maintain a deep pulse on emerging technologies, supply and demand dynamics, capacity investment
• Lead cross-functional teams through the sourcing process for new platforms, technologies, and
• Lead complex, high-value supplier negotiations covering pricing, capacity, quality and delivery
• Own the drafting, execution, and administration of master supply agreements, long-term agreements
• Build bottom-up should-cost models and total cost of ownership analyses to inform negotiation

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in technical sourcing, commodity or category management, or supply chain
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, a related technical field
• Demonstrated ability to develop sourcing strategy and translate it into executed results, on
• Exceptional negotiation, influencing, and consensus-building skills, with a track record of leading
• Strong command of should-cost modeling, total cost of ownership analysis, and value analysis, with
• Technical depth sufficient to engage credibly with engineering teams on requirements, trade-offs
