Staff Workday HRIS Technical Analyst

📋 Description

• Serve as the Workday subject matter expert across HR, IT, and Finance; own the platform roadmap
• Lead configuration, testing, and deployment across HCM Core, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Time
• Conduct regression testing for each Workday release, perform regular audits, and drive performance
• Build and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, and APIs to connect
• Optimize business processes, notifications, navigation, and the user interface to reduce
• Evaluate and implement Workday AI, machine learning, skills intelligence, and Analytics

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related
• 6+ years of progressive HR technology experience, with deep, hands-on expertise configuring and
• Demonstrated expertise across multiple Workday modules, such as HCM Core, Compensation, Benefits
• Hands-on experience building Workday integrations using Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, and Workday
• Strong command of the Workday security model, business process framework, calculated fields, and
• Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning is a strong plus.
