📋 Description

• Own enterprise systems through full lifecycle for TS.
• Design solutions via configuration, integration, or code.
• Build tools and automations to scale 1,200+ engineers.
• Apply AI to routing, triage, workflows from day one.
• Collaborate with Engineering on TS features in repos.
• Monitor, maintain, and iterate production systems.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years' experience with enterprise platforms and production software.
• Strong in Python, Go, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Full-stack ability: backend, frontend, API, and CI/CD.
• Fluent with AI coding tools (Copilot, Claude) and can explain impact.
• Experience building AI-powered features (LLMs, embeddings, RAG, agents).
• Experience in high-growth B2B SaaS.
