🎯 Requirements

7-12 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in tech/fintech.
Experience in tech/fintech with ambiguity and fast growth.
End-to-end searches from intake to offer and close.
Partner with senior stakeholders and use data-driven decisions.
Practical use of AI tools and modern recruiting technology.
Excellent communication across multiple countries.
