🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong track record hiring across G&A or
• Experience owning searches across several disciplines, including Finance, Operations, Legal, or

• The curiosity and business judgment to learn new functions quickly and assess what strong talent
• Credibility with senior stakeholders and the ability to influence hiring decisions
