📋 Description

• Support full-cycle recruitment for assigned requisitions across technical and non-technical
• Execute sourcing plans defined for each engagement, leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards
• Conduct initial candidate evaluations, including resume review and screening calls against agreed
• Coordinate interview logistics, candidate communication, and process milestones throughout the
• Compile recruiting data for assigned requisitions, including time-to-fill and source effectiveness
• Stay current on hiring trends and talent movements within the Banking, FinTech, and Technology

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in recruitment, sourcing, in-house or within an agency
• Demonstrated ability to manage candidate pipelines and interview logistics and interview logistics
