• Sourcing: Using job boards, referrals, and other channels to source high-quality electricians for
• Interviewing: Conduct quality interviews effectively and always on time
• Placements: Work as a team to achieve monthly placement goals with quality and retention in mind
• Operational expertise to manage complex administrative hurdles
• Technical support and training electrician prospects on the Buildforce App
• Customer support through emails, text messages, chats, and phone calls

🎯 Requirements

• High-velocity recruiting experience (200+ touches/week or 20+ interviews/week)
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (fluent)
• Staffing, construction, or blue-collar industry experience preferred
• Comfortable in small-business or early-stage company environments
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Tech-savvy with ability to troubleshoot and learn new tools
