Team Lead, Strategic Sourcing

📋 Description

• Lead strategic sourcing for enterprise SaaS and IT categories—owning net-new purchases and complex, high-spend renewals with a documented evaluation process.
• Own software licenses; optimize entitlements; minimize shelfware; plan renewals and demand.
• Lead the IT hardware procurement team responsible for laptops, peripherals, networking, and office AV for multi-region growth.
• Transform IT Procurement from transactional to strategic—standardizing processes and KPIs.
• Develop strong stakeholder relationships; negotiate pricing and terms for net-new and high-spend renewals; partner with Procurement Ops, Legal, Security, IT, and Office Ops.
• Create pricing models based on vendor proposals to quantify buying scenarios for growth and demand.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in strategic sourcing with negotiated savings.
• Deep IT hardware experience: laptops, networking, AV.
• Global logistics coordination and replenishment processes.
• Experience at a high-growth company with global initiatives and office expansion.
• Strong data analysis and ability to present to executives and business units.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
