• 5+ years of SaaS technical troubleshooting and 2+ years of enterprise/large account management
• Solid foundation in back-end practices, RESTful APIs, OAuth 2.0, SAML, and front-end essentials
• Hands-on skills in at least two key areas: iPaaS tools (e.g., Workato, Zapier), SQL queries, or
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple, high-value business conversations for
