📋 Description

• Advise on technical support and product adoption for customers across pre/post-sales and renewals.
• Analyze customer IT Operations to maximize Datadog’s value.
• Advocate for customers by understanding goals and use cases; suggest changes.
• Prepare Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews with customers.
• Collaborate with product management, engineering, and services teams to identify new features.
• Evolve best practices for technical product adoption and customer success.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid technical grounding and hands-on IT Operations experience.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Scripting: Python, JavaScript, Ruby, Perl, Go, PHP, etc.
• CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab.
• Containerization tools like Docker, Kubernetes (or Rancher).
• Able to sit with clients up to 4 hours and travel up to 30%.
