📋 Description

• Translate customer business and eLearning goals into long-term, scalable technical strategies using
• Take full technical and product ownership of assigned enterprise accounts while collaborating
• Guide executive and technical stakeholders through platform innovations, API integrations, and
• Monitor technical performance metrics, such as API usage and login trends, to identify and mitigate
• Deliver high-impact performance presentations on SLAs to customer leadership and champion customer
• Partner with Premium Advisors and internal resources to analyze support case patterns, run

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of SaaS technical troubleshooting experience and 2+ years of enterprise or large account
• Solid foundation in back-end practices, RESTful APIs, OAuth 2.0, SAML, and front-end essentials
• Hands-on skills in at least two of the following areas: iPaaS tools (e.g., Workato, Zapier), SQL
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple, high-value business conversations for
• Ready to support EMEA regional time zones and comfortable traveling internationally up to 25% of
• Proactive ownership, analytical decision-making, and experience forecasting product release impacts
