Technical Account Manager, Success Advisory - New York or Toronto

📋 Description

• Act as trusted advisor to our most strategic clients on technical topics, from performance best
• Partner with Customer Success to build strategies aligned to each client's roadmap and challenges
• Run workspace audits — and help industrialize them with AI-assisted tooling so we deliver deeper
• Build and enrich our Success Plan offering, including repeatable, AI-augmented delivery modules
• Collaborate with Product & R&D to surface opportunities for platform enhancement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience
• 6 years in a technical, client-facing role such as Solution Architecture, consulting, or analytics
• Ease and credibility with clients, from platform admins to C-suite
• A builder's curiosity about AI — you've used AI tools to work smarter and want to push how far that
• Track record leading several parallel projects across internal and external stakeholders
