Technical Product Manager

📋 Description

• Translate projects, initiatives and quarterly rocks into detailed technical requirements and
• Partner closely with engineering, data, and design to build, test, and launch high-quality features.
• Own technical product documentation, user stories, and release management end-to-end.
• Use SQL and data analysis to define KPIs, validate hypotheses, and monitor product performance.
• Constantly run A/B tests and experiments, driving learning loops from idea to measurable outcome.
• Ensure alignment across engineering, operations, and other stakeholders through clear communication

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or other technical discipline
• Deep technical understanding of APIs, integrations, architecture, and data flows.
• Strong SQL skills and comfort querying and interpreting data independently.
• 6–10 years of product experience, ideally in fintech, e-commerce, rewards platforms, payments, or
• Proven record of building and shipping complex products from concept to iteration.
• Experience working in agile, fast-moving environments with engineering-heavy collaboration.
