Technical Program Manager, Security & Compliance

📋 Description

• Drive regulatory certifications across markets (FDA/TGA/MHRA) and timelines.
• Translate regulatory reality into product requirements for enterprise deals.
• Liaise across customers, legal, clinical, product, and engineering on safety/compliance.
• Define roadmap for ISO 13485, ISO 14971, IEC 62304, SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR.
• Build scalable security/compliance architecture and controls.
• Work with regulatory/legal to enable enterprise deployments.

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS in a technical or analytical field
• 4+ years in product, regulatory, or technical roles
• Fluency with medical device regulation: FDA SaMD, ISO 13485/14971, IEC 62304
• Experience building scalable compliance programs
• Comfort with build-vs-document trade-offs daily
• Ability to hold a coherent regulatory roadmap under pressure
