Technical Programme Manager

📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end delivery plan: scope, milestones, budget, risks, dependencies and change control.
• Run program governance, from working groups and technical design reviews to executive steering
• Build trusted relationships with the organization sponsors and other government stakeholders, and
• Work with engineering, product, cybersecurity and field teams to turn customer needs into
• Manage vendors, integrators and technology partners across the delivery ecosystem.
• Identify regulatory, security, data protection and safety obligations early, and keep compliance

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working with Singapore government agencies or public-sector customers, and a working
• Proven experience managing complex technology, systems integration, engineering or robotics
• A background in tech, ideally with US technology companies, and the technical fluency to engage
• Experience coordinating multiple vendors and partners.
• Strong written and spoken English for day-to-day work with our US team and Singapore government
• A bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, information technology or a related technical
